We provide a lifelong Factory Warranty on the Innoseal® Sealers. This does not apply to the movable parts that are replacement parts, found in the service sets – Service Sets are meant to repair these components. We believe in the superior quality of the Innoseal® bag sealer and hope you do to. Of course the warranty can only be granted in case of usual use and maintenance. We are convinced of the excellent quality. The Innoseal® bag closer made from ABS plastic is sturdy, impact-resistant and durable. You cannot expect less else from this typically Dutch quality product.
Clean your Innoseal® System regularly
Should your Innoseal® Bag Sealer unfortunately fail, even though you have then found yourself in an exceptional case, and you are coping with manufacturer malfunctions, you can send your sealer and you will receive a completely new one in return – for FREE. There’s also do a few things yourself to enjoy your Innoseal® bag closer for as long as possible without any problems, like clean it. The sealer is easy to cleanse, and is designed to uphold hygienic cleanliness, if you give it a good scrubbing when in need. Use a damp cloth and warm water for this.The tape sometimes leaves sticky residue. Depending on your working environment, fat residues or breadcrumbs may also remain, which means that your Innoseal® sealer must also be cleaned on the inside. Open your sealer (see instruction video) and remove the tape roll, the paper roll and the spoke wheel.
You can remove any grease residue behind the spoke wheel on the inside with a degrease detergent or wipe. After which, you can continue to clean the sealer in the dishwasher or in lukewarm soapy water. It is important that you regularly check that your sealer does not contain any dirt. When you take out any parts from the sealer, please make sure all components are stuck back into the sealer correctly before you use it again. This way you will experience endless pleasure from your Innoseal® Sealers! If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
We care highly about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that something bad happens during warehousing of which we are unaware. If you are unhappy with our products, from a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovery of any defect. If the defect falls within our warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned, like shipment troubles or whatever. We are willing to help our customers en recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing email@example.com.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
